The Shortlist is your dedicated space to save and organize your favorite vendors as you search. Whether you're looking at hotels, restaurants, activities, or services, this is where your top choices live while you narrow things down.
View Your Shortlist
Your shortlist count is always visible in the bottom-left corner of the Search vendors page. When you're ready to review your saved vendors, click Continue to Shortlist in the bottom-right corner, or select Shortlist from the progress bar at the bottom of the page.
From there, your saved vendors are organized by type— Hotels, Restaurants, Activities, and so on— each in their own tab. Use the checkboxes to select which vendors you'd like to move forward with when you're ready to request proposals.
How to Add Vendors
As you browse, click the plus icon in the top-right corner of any listing to add it to your Shortlist. Once saved, the icon will change to a purple checkmark so you know it's been added.
You can also add vendors from the Vendor Detail Page using the same plus icon on the right-hand side of the page.
The Shortlist helps you keep planning momentum without losing track of your favorites. Take your time exploring and comparing -- once you've made your selections, you'll be ready to send your RFPs and move things forward.
