The Agenda is where your event comes to life. Once you've sorted out your venue and have a general sense of your event days, use the Agenda section of your planning page to map out your full schedule— from arrival and meals to team sessions and activities.
It's a visual, day-by-day view of everything happening at your event, and anything you finalize here can be published directly to your Guest Website so participants always know what to expect.
Head to the Agenda section of your planning page to get started.
Choosing a Template
We offer a few templates to help you get started:
Work & Fun Combo: A balanced mix of meetings and group activities
Work Focused: Primarily working sessions and meetings
Fun Focused: Mostly activities and social experiences
From Scratch: Start with a blank schedule and build from the ground up
After selecting your template, you'll see your draft schedule and can begin editing.
You can switch templates at any time using the Change template button at the top of the page. Just note that any edits you've made won't carry over if you switch.
Customizing Your Schedule
Once your template is selected, click and drag to adjust time blocks or create new ones.
Click any existing block to open a summary view, where you can use the pencil icon to edit it or the trash icon to delete it.
To edit an agenda event, first click the pencil icon to open the full edit view. From there, you can update the title, date, start and end times, vendor name and location, activity type, and add a description.
Use Collaborator Notes to jot down details that don't need to be visible to your event participants -- things like vendor contact information, venue entry instructions, or any internal reminders you want to keep handy. These notes are just for you.
When you're done, click Save Changes to apply your edits. Edits save as you go, so there's no need to worry about losing progress.
Maps and Suggestions
You'll notice a sidebar on the right-hand side of the agenda page with two options at the top: Map and Suggestions. This panel is where you'll see vendor and activity recommendations based on your event's destination.
Any vendors added to the agenda will show on the map view.
In the Suggestions tab under the Recommended section, you'll see restaurants, services, and activities near your event location or any vendors you've marked with a venue address. These are not automatically booked, so if something looks good, you'll still need to reach out to the vendor directly to confirm.
If you've already confirmed vendors in your planning, they'll appear in the Booked tab. From there, you can quickly add any of them to your agenda. All location and contact information will auto-fill into the activity block, saving you time and keeping everything accurate.
This view is especially helpful for visualizing your event flow, double-checking logistics, and making sure you've accounted for transportation time or overlapping commitments.
Publishing Your Agenda
Once your agenda is finalized, it will appear in the Agenda section of your Guest Website— just make sure that section is toggled on and visible in your settings.
You can continue editing your schedule at any time, and updates will reflect automatically.
Take your time building out your schedule. A well-structured agenda helps participants know what to expect and keeps your event running smoothly!
